Spicy Broccoli Quiche

A little chipotle chili powder adds heat and smokiness to this Spicy Broccoli Quiche, made in a gluten free crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp Chipotle Powder (more or less)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 8 oz package shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups broccoli (chopped partially cooked )
  • 1 prepared frozen crust (I use Whole Foods Gluten Free)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared crust and bake for about 45-55 minutes or until the eggs are set and crust is golden. If the top begins to brown too much, loosely cover with aluminum foil and continue to bake until set. Enjoy!
