Ingredients  

  • 6 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon gluten free Worcestershire Sauce - I use Lea & Perrins
  • 6 cups gluten free Chex cereal
  • 2 cups gluten free Cheerios
  • 1 cup gluten free Snyder's Pretzels
  • 1 cup gluten free tortilla chips
  • 1 cup roasted mixed nuts
  • 1 teaspoon truffle salt - sub sea salt if you prefer
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese - omit if you need dairy free

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter or oil and Worcestershire Sauce.

  • In a very large bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients.

  • Gradually pour the butter/oil mixture over the dry ingredients while stirring, to coat all of the mixture evenly. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer.

  • Bake for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned and warmed through. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet. Once completely cooled, it is ready to eat!

  • Store in a sealed container and eat within 2-3 days.
