Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs broccoli florets - rinsed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil - or any oil you want to use
  • cup nutritional yeast - or grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl add your broccoli and toss with oil until well coated. Sprinkle and toss all remaining ingredients until well coated (adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste).
  • Spread your broccoli onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes if you still want them to have some crunch & retain some of their color. You can leave them in longer if you want them browned & more crispy. Serve them up right away because they cool quickly.
