In a large bowl add your broccoli and toss with oil until well coated. Sprinkle and toss all remaining ingredients until well coated (adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste).
Spread your broccoli onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for about 20 minutes if you still want them to have some crunch & retain some of their color. You can leave them in longer if you want them browned & more crispy. Serve them up right away because they cool quickly.
