In a large bowl add your green beans and toss with oil until well coated. Sprinkle and toss all remaining ingredients until well coated (adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste).
Spread your green beans onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for about 10 minutes if you still want them to retain their color. You can leave them in longer if you want them browned more. Serve them up quickly! I dip mine in mayo, but they are fantastic picked right off the tray from the oven! That’s how we eat them at my house;-)
