A twist on the classic, this Truffled Egg Salad is seasoned with earthy truffle salt and oil.

Ingredients  

  • 12 hard boiled eggs - shelled & finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives - finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks - finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ teaspoon truffle salt
  • 2 teaspoon truffle oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Serve as a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad.

Notes

*If I am really in a hurry (or lazy) I buy the shelled, hard boiled eggs from the grocery store. It couldn’t get any easier!
