Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Serve as a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad.
Notes
*If I am really in a hurry (or lazy) I buy the shelled, hard boiled eggs from the grocery store. It couldn’t get any easier!
