Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and store covered in the fridge until ready to cook.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Assemble the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish. Dot the top of the shrimp with butter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp is just barely opaque. Remove from the oven, squeeze ¼ of a lemon on top, sprinkle with parsley and serve right away with extra lemon.
