- 4 avocados - pit and skins removed
- 3 limes - juiced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil - omit for plant based whole food diet
- salt & pepper to taste - omit salt for plant based whole food diet
Rinse and drain your cilantro and trim the stems. Cut your avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh from the skins.
Put half of the avocados (or all if you want a smooth Guacamole) into a food processor or blender along with the remainder of ingredients.
When they are well blended, add the remaining avocado & quickly pulse it to combine and give you a few chunks if you want them.
Serve with your favorite chips, tostones or tacos.
- Note: You can also chop the cilantro by hand then combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mash with a large fork until you reach the desired consistency. A blender or food processor is not required to make this Easy Guacamole.
