Ingredients
- 4 ingredients/mix for 4 layers of cake - 9 inch square cakes
- 6 cups frosting & filling of choice for 4 layers of cake - may need more or less depending on how thick you like your frosting
- 48 ounce royal blue fondant
- 2 ounces white fondant
- 4 toothpicks
- 8-10 feet lightweight string
- 1 yellow balloon, helium filled
