Tampa Pizza Company (Tampa, FL 2 locations)

One of my favorite places for gluten free pizza is Tampa Pizza Company.  If you like thin crust pizza and a large selection of toppings, this is the place for you!  My personal favorites are their Pear and Gorgonzola, Backyard BBQ Chicken and their Steak and Gorgonzola gluten free pizza.  I recently tried their Prosciutto gluten free pizza that has a fig jam base.  It was really good, but was so sweet it seemed like dessert.  So I didn’t order dessert that night! 

They have a separate area in their kitchen for gluten free items to keep things as safe as possible. They also offer gluten free salads, flat breads and desserts.  My favorite salad is the Roasted Beet and Feta.  All of their salad dressings are gluten free. The gluten free flatbread is made with their pizza crust (and made into a different shape), then served with homemade hummus, artichoke and marinara dips. It is really yummy for an appetizer and/or a nice break from traditional pizza if you are in the mood.   Their Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup pie and brownies are gluten free and totally hit the sweet spot. 

They indicate on their menu which items are gluten free and vegan.  Their staff are always happy to help with ordering and seem knowledgeable about what food allergens are in different items. They have two locations, one in downtown Tampa and another in Westchase.
