Frozen Meals
Although I don’t buy a lot of “heat and eat” or frozen meals, we need the convenience from time to time. Who doesn’t? So when I do, I buy Amy’s frozen meals. They have really good gluten free and allergy friendly frozen meals, bowls, burritos, soups, breakfast items and other treats. The dairy free burritos are a staple in our house. My son will eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I don’t keep a close eye on him!
On the cooler days of the year, I like Amy’s chunky tomato bisque soup. Along with my Spicy Broccoli Cheddar Quiche or Truffled Spinach Quiche, it makes a perfect lunch.
I love the variety Amy’s kitchen offers too. You can find American comfort food, Mexican, Indian, Italian, Asian and Thai style meals to name a few. All of their products are meatless, but they aren’t all vegan, some do contain dairy. On their website you can search their products based on the allergens that you want to avoid. They have products that are dairy free, gluten free, soy free, lactose free, tree nut free and corn free options just to name a few!
