Joy Sushi (Vail, CO)

There are lots of amazing gluten free options at Joy Sushi in Vail, Colorado.  Joy Sushi has some of the best sushi we’ve ever eaten, hands down.  They also have some of the freshest sushi we’ve ever had.  And get this-  it is located in a strip mall in land-locked Colorado of all places! 

We found Joy Sushi though an on-line search the last night we were in town.  I called ahead to ask if they can accommodate food allergies and they said that they could.  So off we went!  Their menu does not designate items that are gluten free, but they were happy to help us order and the sushi chef even made us some special rolls based on what we like. We were seated right in front of the sushi chef and watched him prepare our food, so we could see how careful he was being to keep everything safe.  The presentation was just as beautiful as the rolls were delicious.  

Joy Sushi is about a 5 minute drive outside of Vail Village.  The prices at Joy Sushi are much more reasonable than the sushi restaurants in Vail Village.  It is a small restaurant and we made a reservation & arrived early, which I highly recommend doing, because the line was really long by the time we left!
