February's Chocolate Adventure
At the Did Someone Say Chocolate? event, I will guide you through simple ways to make several different types of chocolate delights. Some will be dipped, others filled, coated, drizzled and decorated. You'll get to taste some unexpected chocolate combinations and bring home whatever you haven't devoured!
Beginners welcome, no special cooking skills required. This is an easy, delicious, and fun chocolate adventure for all ages. However, anyone under 14 years old needs to be accompanied by an adult. We can make adjustments for dietary restrictions, just email me with details [email protected]
A portion of the proceeds will go to support Junior Chefs of America. If you have kids between the ages of 4-18 years old who are interested in cooking, check out what they offer: juniorchefsofamerica.org I wish I had a program like this when I was growing up! It is truly incredible how they use food and cooking to connect kids to their community in addition to expanding their knowledge in science, engineering, technology, math and the arts.
I hope to see you on the 23rd!
Shay
