Crespelle (Vail Village, CO)

All of the crepes are gluten-free at Crespelle in Vail Village.  Most of the fillings are gluten free as well.  When we told them about our food allergies, they showed us what would be safe for us.  They took extra time to clean the surface where the crepes are prepared, just to be sure there wasn’t any cross-contamination.  They seemed very knowledgeable, careful and helpful about the whole process with our order.  One of their options is called the “Yard Sale” where you can choose whatever fillings you want. This allows you to customize your crepe based on your food allergy needs.  That being said, they do use many of the big allergens in the store, so they can’t guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.  

Now let’s get down to business… these crepes are the bomb!!!  We ate there 2 times in one day because we couldn’t get enough!  The sweet and savory varieties were equally as satisfying.  The savory combinations of meats, veggies, sauces and cheese were crepe perfection.  Switch to combinations of fruit, chocolate, nutella and whipped cream to satisfy your sweet tooth.  Pure Heaven.  We had almost everything on the Savory & Sweet menu (all adjusted to be gluten free) and I would order it all again. And again.
