Unbelievable Fruit Dip

This sweet, creamy & slightly tart dip is called “Unbelievable Fruit Dip” because every time someone asks for the recipe, they don’t believe what’s in it!  And I get asked for this recipe every time I make it.  No lie.  No one seems to recognize that the base is sour cream.  The way the lemon and the powdered sugar combine with it, many don’t even realize what it is.  They are sure that they love it though!

Super Easy to Make

It is incredibly quick and easy to whip up with only 3 ingredients!  The hardest part (if you can call this difficult) is zesting the lemon.  Otherwise you just combine all of the ingredients and chill it for a bit before serving, to let the flavors combine well.

How to Serve Unbelievable Fruit Dip

You can serve it on a platter surrounded by fruit for a crowd.  Or you can make individual dessert parfaits by layering berries and Unbelievable Fruit Dip. Then top with a buttery cookie, shredded coconut or chopped nuts if you’d like to add a bit of crunch.  Naked Cut Out Cookies or Almond Cut Out Cookies pair really well with this.  A slice of Elevated Almond Cake or Limoncello Bundt Cake would be pretty amazing with it too! Yum!!!  And all of those options are gluten free too;-)
