Salads
Salads may sound inherently gluten-free like my Roasted Beet & Citrus Salad, and it is! However, celiacs know they need to watch out for sneaky ingredients in dressings. Audrey's Salad is so simple that you might not even call the liquid on top a "dressing." But boy is it good! Another hiding place for gluten in salads are in the coating on those yummy candied nuts like the ones you'll find in Kim's Salad. The dressing for this Thai Chopped Salad is so amazing that you will be looking for other ways to enjoy it. I use it on pasta and chicken;-)
