Having food allergies or being gluten free isn’t a big deal at Bern’s Steak House in Tampa, Florida. They kindly cater to your every dietary need. That being said, you are paying to be catered to at Bern’s. If you don’t mind spending, it is well worth the high quality and special experience you will have while dining there.
The menu is HUGE, so there are tons of options and substitutions that can be made. A dedicated gluten free fryer should keep us safe from cross contamination. Sure, they have steak. They also have much more! Lobster, fish, chicken, duck, lamb, vegetarian dishes, oysters, shrimp, foie gras, caviar and the list goes on and on. You then have a choice of thickness and cut of your meat, sauces and sides. Their servers are very well trained and everything operates like clock work. The servers treat you as though your food allergies aren’t a big deal at Bern’s Steak House.
After your meal, they will give you a tour of their expansive kitchen and their wine collection (the largest private wine collection in the US, 3rd largest in the world) and escort you to the separate dessert dining space where you will likely have your own private booth enclosed with glass doors. The gluten free dessert options are minimal on their huge menu, but you will have safe & delicious options in addition to all kinds of dessert beverages (alcoholic & not).
