Gluten free pizza from Harry’s Bishops Corner is often the first meal we eat after landing in Hartford, CT. No joke! The pizza is truly that good. Harry’s has a lot of great allergy friendly and gluten free toppings and specialty pizzas to choose from, so you don’t have to eat the same thing over and over. They also have Neapolitan style pies. These are the types of pizza you would expect to find in Italy, with fresh mozzarella and herbs, oh my!
Most importantly, they have a great understanding for food allergy and gluten free safety. Gluten free pizza at Harry’s Bishops Corner is made in a separate station just for gluten free toppings and it is baked in a separate oven. They have separate cutters and pizza peels all for the gluten free pizza. The gluten free crust is also dairy free, soy free, nut free and egg free. Talk about being allergy friendly!
Harry’s offers several gluten free salads to choose from as well. They make and bottle their own dressings too. So if you love one (or two) you can bring more home with you;-)
