This is the category for the individual sized gluten-free cake we call cupcakes. The difference between a muffin and a cupcake is that a cupcake has frosting. The frosting is often the star of the show. That is certainly true with these Coconut Cupcakes with Lime Frosting or Irish Coffee Cupcakes.
