Giada (Las Vegas, NV)

My family had not one, but two, wonderful gluten free meals at Giada in Las Vegas while we were on vacation!  They made this gluten free pasta (see pic) for us even though it wasn’t on the menu that day!  They were so accommodating and the food was so delicious that we ate there twice while we were in town.  In general, I found it much more difficult than normal to find safe gluten free restaurants in Las Vegas.  Having those wonderful gluten free meals at Giada was a highlight of our trip.

The menu at Giada is clearly marked with gluten free and vegetarian options, so ordering was easy.  I had two salads that were large enough to share, crisp greens, drool worthy dressing and perfectly paired mix-ins.  One had pancetta that was perfectly salty and thinly sliced.  Mmmm… good.  We also had the house made gluten free pasta with two different sauces (my kids like different things, go figure).  Both were fantastic.  The Roasted Broccolini sounds so simple that you wouldn’t imagine it could be as good as it is.  That is their super power- simple and delicious.  The desserts were equally as fabulous.  I don’t see them on the current menu (other than the gelato).  Whatever they have when you go there, is pretty much guaranteed to be fantastic though.

The drinks (coffees & cocktails) are also very well done.  I highly recommend checking out Giada if you are in Las Vegas, whether you have food allergies or not, it is likely to satisfy everyone’s palate:-) The restaurant is located inside The Cromwell.

My 9 to 5… I am a meteorologist for the ABC station in Tampa. When I am at home, I spend a lot of time cooking and baking... always gluten free. Most of my recipes are allergy friendly and many are AIP, Vegan, Paleo and Keto friendly. From my kitchen to yours... cheers to eating great no matter what we must go without!
